With our event division, we provide executive housing and function management for corporate executives and VIPs traveling to major cities around the world. Our travel reservation services offer real-time airline booking capabilities in addition to our secure web-based housing reservation system where attendees can create personal reservation accounts that they can return to for modifications and additional information right up until the deadline.
The event division also has an extensive inventory of theatrical lighting, staging and truss equipment. We also have a large inventory in portable power distribution equipment.
Our specialized structure department has access to temporary outdoor structures, including multistory pavilions, inflatable domes and VIP viewing stands.
Finally, our large format graphics department can produce digital full color banners as large as 8’ x 150’ in a single pass.
